The game of Organ Attack is all about trying to rid yourself of your opponents’ body parts before they can do the same to you. The game board is a human body, and players take turns removing organs with a pair of tweezers. The player who removes the last organ from the board wins the game.

Mike and Matt came up with the idea for the game while they were in college. They were both pre-med students, and they wanted to find a way to make learning about the human body more fun and engaging. They pitched the game to various board game publishers, but no one was interested. So Mike and Matt decided to create their own game company, aptly named “Mike and Matt Games”.
Since then, they have released two other games, “Bug Out” and “Robo Rally”, both of which have been successful. But they continue to receive the most fan mail and questions about “Organ Attack”.
